Speaker's Agreement

I'd like to keep this part really simple and businesslike. So here are my parameters:

  1. Let's first agree on a fee for an engagement.
  2. I expect the host to pay for my travel expenses, meals, hotel and other transport (taxis, rental cars). I don't want to be reimbursed after the fact.
  3. I expect payment of the fee when I arrive.
    If these parameters are agreeable to you, then we have a basis for discussing things further.
